Q. How far in advance should I place my order or book a rental?
A. We recommend placing your order or booking your rental at least 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs or busy event seasons. However, if you’re on a tighter timeline, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Q. Can I customize the flowers to match my event?
A. Yes! We offer fully custom-made giant flowers tailored to your color palette, theme, and vision. If you're looking for something unique, we’d love to create it just for you.
Q. What happens if a rental flower is damaged?
A. We handle our flowers with great care and ask that you do the same during your event. In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security deposit, depending on the extent of the issue.
Q. Are your flowers realistic-looking?
A. Our flowers are not meant to mimic real blooms—they're designed to be visually striking, artistic, and unforgettable. Each one is handcrafted to feel luxurious and make a bold statement, whether you choose paper, fabric, or foam
Q. Do you offer delivery and setup?
A. Yes! For rentals and large-scale installations in the Las Vegas area, we offer professional delivery, setup, and takedown. Fees vary depending on the size of the order and location.
Q. Can I move the flowers during my event?
A. If your event includes multiple locations (like a ceremony and reception), we can arrange relocation as part of our setup package. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Q. Do you offer smaller items like bouquets or centerpieces?
A. Our focus is on large-scale floral art, so we do not currently offer traditional bouquets or centerpieces—but our pieces can be styled to create stunning backdrops, statement décor, and immersive installations.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Custom orders and rentals require a deposit to secure your date or begin production. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance may be eligible for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Q. Can I see your flowers in person before booking?
A. We don’t currently offer in-person studio visits, but our portfolio and Instagram are the best places to view past work. We’re happy to send additional photos or video previews if needed.
Q. Do you ship outside of Las Vegas?
A. Yes! Our ready-to-ship flowers (sold in the shop) can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.. Custom orders may also be eligible for shipping depending on size and materials—just contact us for details.
